Setting up the trial:
- To get started we will want a Purchase Order number from you for the value of the board including delivery. We will only raise an invoice against this PO should you decide to keep the board.
- If it’s free why do i need to give you a PO? We’re sending you a system worth several thousand pounds and the Purchase Order will help us to make sure that you’re really interested in trying the XL system fully.
Support during the trial:
- As long as you have one of our XL systems we will treat you like just like one of our best customers with the same level of technical and operational support as if you’d just bought the system outright.
If your decide to keep the board:
- Let us know, and we’ll raise an invoice.
If you decide to return the board:
- Let us know that you don’t want to keep it.
- We will accept that you want to return the board and may ask a few questions just to help us understand how it’s not helped you. If we don’t ask those questions we will find it hard to improve so we would really love your open and honest feedback.
- Re-package the board and send back to our offices.
- Unfortunately we cannot accept back boards that have been badly damaged and will reserve the right to invoice if the board is badly damaged.
