Machine Vision and Automation at Smart Factory Expo, 14-15 November 2018

Author LineView Admin, November 6, 2018

Smart Factory 2018 is one of largest Industry 4.0 events both in the UK and Europe, with last year’s event attracting 118 exhibitors and nearly 4,000 attendees. The Smart Factory Expo was a huge success and included live coverage from the BBC.

We at LineView Solutions are excited about returning to the Smart Factory Expo in 2018, as this year the venue is larger, with 200 Exhibitors, and expected to attract over 6,000 visitors at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool.

We will be on the stand with our sister company, Bytronic Automation, who will be displaying a number of new technologies this year, along with key technology partners Cognex and FLIR.

Bytronic was interviewed for the BBC Breakfast show in their special feature about increasing productivity. Bytronic showcased a 360° full quality inspection machine that handles automated inspections of 40,000 bottles/hour without the need for product orientation prior to the inspection station, which is ideal for round products. Automated machine vision systems like this demonstrate the declining need of human interaction, making it easy to guarantee consistent product quality, increasing the overall productivity and ultimately, providing peace of mind for the Smart Factories of the future.

LineView Solutions are also a finalist in the Innovation & Design category at the TMMX Awards!

You can find Bytronic Automation, LineView Solutions and our partners on stand D30, we look forward to welcoming you.
